Checker Transportation Network Company Zero Tolerance Policy

Checker Transportation enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy concerning the conduct of drivers operating limousines, taxicabs, or affiliated with transportation network companies while providing services or accessing digital networks. This policy unequivocally prohibits the use of drugs or alcohol by drivers during service provision, prearranged rides, or while logged into the transportation network company's digital platform and available to receive ride requests.

If you suspect a driver of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol during your trip or prearranged ride, please report your complaint to our offices by mail. Include the complainant/passenger’s name, phone number, and email, along with the date and time of the trip, pickup and drop-off addresses, vehicle number, license plate number (if available), vehicle color and make, and any pertinent details of the incident.
